That’s what friends are for….delivering pee samples! For pregnant  Kim Kardashian , it was her best friend J onathan Cheban  who she turned to when she needed to have a cup of urine delivered to her doctor’s office. You’ll never believe the crazy exchange between these two on the upcoming KUWTK and needless to say, this is one time being a BFF to someone so glamorous has a downside.

“Because I’ve had pregnancy issues at the past I need something dropped off at a lab. I would sent Stephanie (her assistant) but we’re in such a groove getting content together for my app,” she tells the camera in a confessional before the video cuts to a scene of her buttering up Jonathan for the extremely personal ask she’s about to ask him. “You’re my best friend and I don’t know who else I could ask to do this? I need to pee in a cup and I just need it dropped off to the doctor,’ she says, completely unable to contain her laughter. Needless to say, Her BFF was none to happy with the chore she was tasking him with.

“Are you f***ing sick? What do you mean? You want me to go walk around with your piss?’ he said. “No one will ever know, look I got the cup from my doctor,” she replies pulling a cup from a paper bag. Jonathan is not moved,  saying “That is disgusting, I won’t even hold my own piss. Are you crazy?”

Through her self-portraits she has built up a 31.1 million-strong following on the photography app Instagram. Last May, a picture she posted of her wedding to West gained 1.92 million likes, making it the most popular photo ever posted on the site.

It makes sense for Kardashian, undisputed queen of the selfie and all that that entails, to publish an autobiography, out today, made up entirely of photographs she has taken of herself, and of her friends.

It should be dreadful, but it isn't. Surprisingly, it's a rather enchanting document of someone having a jetset life (sample caption: "I was in Africa in a diamond mine") and not being overly protective about her image (one page is devoted entirely to photographs of her with sunburn after she fell asleep wearing sunglasses).

It's become rather easy to think of Kardashian as a sort of human Barbie doll that exists in a cloud of contouring and carefully flat facial expressions, and indeed, if it's photographs of her looking vacant in a thong you are interested in, there's plenty for you here.

But Selfish is also oddly moving. By the time you get to her photobombing another friend mid-selfie (2009) or making faces with her family (2010), you think that she'd actually be quite a laugh to go out with.

After 2012, however, the fun disappears. Kardashian's professional selfie face kicks in, the friends feature less frequently - replaced by grainy solo shots and Instagram posts ("it got 1,124,315 likes!").

Coupled with Kardashian's inexpressive expression, the "sexy" photographs are anything but. She also includes a number of the naked photos that were leaked online during last year's iCloud hack, but points out that BlackBerry isn't on iCloud so isn't sure how they got online. Of the things that Kim Kardashian worries about, you don't imagine that revealing photographs of her popping up on the internet is high on the list.

The Big Short, the film adaptation of Michael Lewis' book of the same name about the causes of the financial crisis, opens in UK cinemas this weekend. How will the story stack up against the greatest films about business?

Kim Kardashian’s weight loss secrets are always a hot topic, especially since Kardashian has lost weight since giving birth to Saint West. While Kim’s Instagram might not show Kardashian with the six-pack abs that fitness guru Kelly Tekin flaunted just six weeks after giving birth to her baby, as reported by the Inquisitr , she does have a 42-pound weight loss to brag about.

As reported by Redbook , Kim has lost 42 pounds so far — a good chunk of the 60 pounds that she put on during her pregnancy. So what exactly does Kim’s diet include? What foods have helped Kardashian shed those 42 pounds in three months? They aren’t the chocolate bunnies featured on her Instagram account prior to Easter. Instead, Kardashian’s nutritionist, Colette Heimowitz, a VP at Atkins Nutritionals, spilled the beans about Kim’s real diet.

First off, since Kim is a big fan of the Atkins diet, she makes sure to get in her fair share of protein with every meal. Whereas the Atkins diet of days gone by used to feature plenty of meats and not much in the way of carbs — either “good” or “bad” carbs — the updated Atkins diet allows for more “good” carbs, like the ones found in veggies.

Heimowitz said that the Atkins diet isn’t new to Kim, but it’s something that her dad — Robert Kardashian — introduced her to, so she’s familiar with the diet and trusts the diet to work.

“[Kim] was originally introduced to the Atkins diet by her father when she was in college. It was very familiar to her and she trusts the plan because it worked so well for her in the past.”

People who eat more protein tend to lose more weight than folks who skimp on the protein in their diets. But it’s not all about the meats. Kim also eats foods loaded with fiber, like squash and artichokes — along with healthy fats such as avocado and olive oil in order to help balance out her diet.

Kardashian has her diet cravings and weak points, too. Kim loves cheese, so she still eats the dairy product, but she’s limited to about four ounces of cheese per day. Therefore, Kim can sprinkle cheese in her eggs or on her onion soup — but it can’t be a ton of fresh mozzarella eaten with her chicken and black olives.

Kim’s diet also limits things like butter and cream. While Kardashian’s diet is focused on low-carb food, it’s not necessarily a low-calorie diet. A perfect mix of calories that include the right amounts of protein, fat, and high-fiber carbohydrates in Kim’s diet is what helps to give her success.

Looks like Paper mag's big "break the internet" plan was simple: full-frontal Kim Kardashian . (Sadly her naked photos failed to break the internet on previous attempts, but maybe this time will be different.) Anyway, the very NSFW shots are certainly befitting of a Vogue cover model and Kanye is probably very proud.

Back when pregnant, Kim Kardashian vowed to keep her style simple...but Fashion Finder definitely didn't see much simple dressing during the nine months. Just take a look at this ensemble by the reality star. A mini skirt and brown ripped T-shirt teamed with over the knee boots - perhaps it's just simple where Kim's sartorial sense is concerned.

While we were far from crazy over Kim's look, we were going mad for those thigh high stunners. The Sergio Rossi pair featured a pointy toe and stiletto heel and were the perfect pair to give Kim's look a touch of elegance.

These over-the-knee boots would make a great addition to any winter or spring wardrobe teamed with a pair of skinny jeans and a cosy sweater, or for glamorous evening style pop them on with a cute mini skirt. Click right to pick up a pair at Luisa Via Roma for just £995.

"But I suppose it's flattering. Personally, I've always loved the curvy look. Even when I was a little girl and all my friends would be like, 'Oh, my god, your butt's so big.' And I'd say, "I love it.”

Kim Kardashian is determined to lose her post-pregnancy pounds following the arrival of her son, Saint West, on December 5. And in true Keeping Up with the Kardashians style, Kim didn’t hesitate to share which diet plan she’s chosen with her fans. Turning to Twitter to post her choice of weight loss program, Kardashian revealed that she’s chosen the Atkins diet.

Kardashian is now the brand ambassador for the Atkins plan, according to People . The 35-year-old star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians also used the Atkins low carb diet for her post-pregnancy weight loss after having her daughter North in 2013.

“This is going to be soooo f—ing hard but I can do it and I can’t wait to share it all with you! #BeastMode #WhosWithMe?!?!?!” posted Kim to encourage other dieters to join her.

During her pregnancy with Saint West, Kardashian acquired 60 extra pounds. From her top pregnancy weight of 190 pounds, Kim shed 17 pounds with breastfeeding and dieting initially. Since then, Kardashian has shed some additional weight but wants to reach her final goal by using the Atkins approach.

Colette Heimowitz, the vice president of nutrition and education at Atkins Nutritionals, Inc., is working with Kardashian directly, and in an exclusive interview with the Inquisitr , Colette revealed why Kim chose the Atkins diet.

“Individual results will vary, and some report losing up to 10 pounds in the first few weeks. Atkins 40 is designed for clients to lose weight at a healthy pace as opposed to a quick fix, as this program is more of a lifestyle change vs. a one-time diet,” she clarified.

The reference to 40 in the name of the plan chosen by Kim refers to how many grams of net carbs dieters can eat, added Colette. As for Kim’s comment about Harvest Trail bars, those treats constitute her favorite diet food, according to Colette.

Although the plan is low carb, dieters can choose from every food group, carbohydrates, protein, and fat, as long as they calculate their carbohydrates. Breakfast is rich in protein, such as turkey sausage and eggs for breakfast, but it also can include a carbohydrate such as a thin slice of whole grain bread. Snacks are allowed, such as peanut butter with celery. A sample lunch might include a cheeseburger with a low-carb fajita wrap, a few veggies, and half an avocado, while dinner could offer steak, veggies, and one-half of a small baked potato.

Introduction.   I was extremely flattered when Kris Jenner asked for my help in proving the paternity of her daughter, Khloe Kardashian, with a DNA Paternity Test , although I must confess that I didn’t follow the show and had to Google them to familiarize myself!

I found the Jenners and the Kardashians to be incredibly friendly and genuine, and I was impressed by their cohesiveness and strong sense of family.  For those of you who are not familiar with this situation, following the release of Kris’ memoir, in which she admitted to an affair during her marriage to Robert Kardashian, media rumors regarding Khloe’s paternity began.  Kris wanted to prove that Khloe had the same biological father as her siblings Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Rob Kardashian, namely, the late Robert G. Kardashian.

From a genetic standpoint, testing DNA samples from Kris and her children Kim, Kourtney, Rob, and Khloe offered a virtually conclusive means for answering the Khloe Kardashian Paternity Test question.

Even though Khloe  declined to participate in the DNA test, their situation nonetheless provides a terrific example of an alternative way that a paternity test could be performed in the event that a sample from the alleged father is not available. Here is the strategy behind the Khloe Kardashian paternity test.

Khloe Kardashian Paternity Test Strategy.
To determine Khloe’s paternity, Robert Kardashian’s genetic markers need to be determined.  Although a sample from Robert Kardashian is not available for testing, we can actually identify most of his genetic markers by testing samples from his undisputed biological children and their mother.  In other words, by comparing Kris’ genetic markers to those of Kim, Kourtney and Rob, we can deduce which markers these children inherited from their father, and then compare these paternal markers to Khloe’s paternal markers to determine whether or not they match.  This approach is an example of a genetic reconstruction, because DNA samples from the children and their mother allow us to “reconstruct” the genetic makeup of their father.

Conclusion.   The Khloe Kardashian paternity test presented an ideal scenario for addressing a child’s paternity when an alleged father is not available for testing.  In many cases, however, such ideal testing alternatives do not exist.  If your situation happens to be one of those cases with special challenges or hurdles to overcome in order to determine paternity, please give us a call.  We would be happy for the opportunity to help you.  And finally, no matter what your situation, whether you are a test participant, the wife of a test participant, a relative of a test participant, or a close friend of a test participant, always keep in mind that, no matter what DNA test results may show, biology is not a prerequisite for family.

The song peaked at number 86 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and hit 68 on the US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. The track received single artwork designed by frequent West collaborator George Condo , designer of the cover of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (2010). West performed the song at the 2012 Watch the Throne Tour , and at the 2012 BET Awards , along with singles " Mercy " and " New God Flow ". The song drew controversy from Humphries, the brand Theraflu , and PETA who criticized the content of West's lyrics, claiming the track glorified fur clothing .

"Way Too Cold" was produced by Hit-Boy, a producer signed to West's label GOOD Music , known for his production on " Niggas in Paris ". [1] According to Hit-boy, he had “made the beat a couple months ago, just in a session messing around” and that Kanye "just did the record maybe a week and a half ago. We actually don’t know if it’s going to be on Khaled’s album or ‘Ye’s album. We just put it out because we felt like it was so urgent, people just needed to hear it." [1] In an interview Khaled explained: "I was in the studio with 'Ye [Kanye] and I was like, 'Let's do something for your album, and let's do something for my album,' and you can just release it for fun." [2]

The song was first released on the New York City radio station Hot 97 by Funkmaster Flex on April 4, 2012. [3] The cover artwork was designed by George Condo , who designed the artwork for West's album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and singles like " Power " and " Runaway ". [4] The first cover originally featured a bottle of Theraflu atop the woman's neck, was edited to remove the bottle before being released for digital download. [5] On April 15, West announced on Twitter that the name of the song had been changed to "Way Too Cold", and then finally "Cold". [6] The track was then released as a single onto iTunes on April 17, 2012. [5] Following its digital release, the song impacted urban contemporary radio on May 8, 2012. [7]

In Complex ' s list of the best 25 lines of the first half of 2012, West's line "And I'll admit, I had fell in love with Kim/Around the same time she had fell in love with him/Well that's cool, baby girl, do ya thang/Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team" was listed as the second best. [15] "Cold" debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at position 92, and achieved a peak position of 86. [16] The song peaked at number 68 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts. [16]

When "Cold" premiered, it was titled "Theraflu". A representative of Theraflu released a statement to TMZ which read "We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner." [17] Theraflu noted that this was not done at their request. [18] In response to the line "Tell PETA my mink is draggin' on the floor," PETA stated:

"What's draggin’ on the floor is Kanye's reputation as a man with no empathy for animals or human beings. He’s a great musician but doesn’t seem to have the fashion sense to design anything more than caveman costumes. We keep hoping that one day he’ll find his heart and join evolved style icons-- including Russell Simmons , Pink , and Natalie Portman -- who have dropped animal skins." [19]

The song was first performed by West at the London stop of his 2012 Watch the Throne Tour, with West performing the song a cappella . [20] At the 2012 BET Awards, the song was performed with rappers Big Sean , Pusha T , 2 Chainz , as filed out one by one to deliver their verses from the song "Mercy", with West emerging to perform his verses from "Cold" and "New God Flow" afterwards. [21] Though Los Angeles Times ' s Randall Roberts noted that it wasn't "until West moved into his hit "Cold" that things got great". [21]

Despite flooding our Intagram feed with pre-baby #TBTs, and mostly avoiding paparazzi in recent weeks, it seems  Kim Kardashian ‘s weight loss since  giving birth to the spawn of KimYe, Saint West , has been transformational.

She dropped an impressive 30 pounds—more than half her post-baby 70 pound goal—within just six weeks after giving birth, thanks to a combination of exercise and a new version of an age-old food program your parents probably followed: the Atkins diet.

Kim’s actually following “Atkins 40,” an updated take on the famous meal plan that traditionally favors protein and fat, and basically cut out carbohydrates, with the idea that a low-carb diet results in serious weight loss.

“Atkins is founded on the principles of optimal protein intake, adequate healthy fat intake, and low carbohydrate consumption,” explained   Colette Heimowitz , vice president of nutrition and education at Atkins .

You probably remember hearing that Atkins is restrictive, and a tough plan to stick to–and you’re not wrong. Originally, the diet required followers to cut their carb intake to just 20 grams per day from the first day of dieting, which is around the same amount found in half a cup of cooked oatmeal. However, the newer Atkins 40 program that Kim’s following is a little more flexible, starting followers on 40 grams of carbs per day.

Unsurprisingly, Heimowitz says that the newer plan is easier to stick to: “Atkins 40 allows clients to customize their carb intake and enjoy a variety of food options, so it makes it easier to follow and less likely anyone will fall off or cheat the program. You can eat from all food groups from day one on the program, and still enjoy the weight loss success on a fat burning metabolism,” she told us.

A quick number crunch reveals that Kim’s dropping weight at around five pounds per week—and if that seems , well, a tad dramatic just six weeks after giving birth, you should know that Heimowitz recommends most new moms only lose at a pace of two pounds weekly—particularly when the mother is breastfeeding.

“When a mother is breastfeeding we recommend losing at a pace of two pounds weekly. Individual results will vary, and some report losing up to 10 pounds in the first few weeks if they are not breastfeeding,” she explained.

With a new perfume and a clothing line and boutique, Kim Kardashian is on the go 24/7. "It sounds like fun, but you have to have stamina to do a press junket, then a photo shoot, then go to an appearance,” says Kim's trainer, Gunnar Peterson (who also stars in the new Shape DVD, Best Ever Hollywood Workout ). To get her fit and energized, he mixes in strength moves—alternating upper and lower body exercises and core work— with cardio intervals. Give it a try with this nonstop circuit that targets your entire body and blasts calories. Keeping up with this Kardashian will definitely get you slim and sleek fast!

Do this routine, designed by Gunnar Peterson, 2 or 3 times a week. Warm up with 5 to 10 minutes of cardio, then do each move in order without resting. At the end of the last move, jump rope for 50 skips, then repeat the circuit up to 4 times.

Besides ramping up her workouts, the brunette beauty mainly attributes her dramatic weight loss to the Atkins diet , a protein-rich diet, which was created by Dr. Robert Atkins , which eliminates carbs but encourages dieters to not concern themselves with counting calories.

Heimowitz shared that new moms, like Kim, can enjoy a delicious whole foods diet rich in proteins like fish, poultry and lean meats, healthy fats like avocados, nuts and olive oil, plus plenty of nutrient-dense fruit and vegetables.

As for a sample menu of the Atkins diet, Heimowitz shared  smart meal ideas including two-egg omelets with cheese and spinach, hummus with veggies, grilled salmon, turkey and cheese roll-ups and Greek yogurt sprinkled with almonds and blueberries, as options for those looking to lose weight safely and effectively.

"Keep your hunger in check by eating three regular-size meals (and your choice of two snacks) every day. Some people do better with four or five smaller meals each day. The important thing is to keep your appetite and your cravings under control," she shared.

She got the boom, shake the room! Like so many others before her, Chelsea Handler took Kim Kardashian 's booty-baring Paper cover and made it her own — by mimicking the reality TV star's pose in a bathroom selfie she posted to Instagram on Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Handler, 39, dropped trou and mooned the camera for her hilarious shot, showing off her bare butt, tan lines and all. She posted the picture in a side-by-side split with Kardashian's already-viral cover, which Paper revealed late Tuesday, Nov. 11.

"Can you believe more than 2 ass can fit on the same screen?" the comedienne wrote alongside the photo. "Guess which one's real. Your move, Instagram." (The last sentence seems to be a challenge to the photo-sharing app, which deleted the former Chelsea Lately host's topless photo on Oct. 30, after which she took to Twitter to slam the site as "sexist.")

Handler's post wasn't the only one to poke fun at Kardashian's bootylicious cover. In the hours after it was posted, memes began popping up all over Twitter and Instagram . (Check out some of the best ones here !)

Another version of the cover showed Kardashian balancing a glass of champagne on her famous derriere. She joked about the shot on Twitter , writing, "And they say I don't have a talent...try balancing a champagne glass on your ass LOL #BreakTheInternet #PaperMagazine"
